Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

The shipping time can take 7-16 days. Check your tracking number on this page and if the status is not yet complete, your order is still on its way.

Why is my payment not working?


-Please make sure you have a stable internet connection

-Maybe your internet browser also prevents you from sending payments

-It may be that PayPal itself has a problem, you can try again at a later time

-The transaction was rejected by your bank due to insufficient funds

-Please make sure your creditcard limit has not been exceeded
